Galaxy Surfactants was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the name “Galaxy Surfactants Private Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 20, 1986 with registration number 39877, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to “Galaxy Surfactants Limited” vide Certificate of Change of Name dated March 13, 1995 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
