C Mahendra Exports plans to tap the capital market for its expansion plans and working capital needs. It has submitted the draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for initial public offering (IPO) of 15,000,000 equity shares.

The issue constitutes 25.00% of the fully diluted post capital of the company.

The Six month period ended September 30, 2009 EPS is (1.32)

The book running lead manager of the matter is Yes Bank Limited, Anand Rathi Advisors Limited, and Link Intime India Private Limited.
