Gokul Refoils IPO subscriber by 0.46 times
The first public offering of Gokul Refoils was subscribed 0.46 times till 4 pm Monday, according to the NSE website. The issue closes Tuesday.
The issue received bids 32.82930 against 71.58392 shares offered in the price band Rs 175-195 per share. Some 79.3660 bids were received at cut off price.
The issue includes the reservation of up to 75000 shares to employees and a net issue to the public of 70.83392 shares. The issue constitutes 27.14 percent of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital. The company will raise Rs 139.59 crore at the cap price of the price band.
The non-institutional investor portion of 10.62508 shares was subscribed 0.77 times. Qualified institutional buyers bid 0.37 times 35.41696 shares allocated to them. The retail portion was subscribed 0.18 times 24.79188 shares allocated. Employee reservation of 75000 shares was fully subscribed.
In the meantime, the IPO of Anu's Laboratories was subscribed just 0.02 times on the first day of the case. The issue has received 61650 bid against 38.20 lakh shares offered in the price band Rs 200-210 per share.
About 59460 bids were received at cut off price. The issue closes on May 15.
